What homeowners look for on an HVAC website

HVAC searches spike when the weather turns, and most come from phones. The homeowner wants three things answered in seconds: can you come, do you cover my town, and roughly what will it cost.

  1. A number they can tap

Your phone number as a button at the top of every page, and a separate emergency line if you run one. Every extra step here is a call that goes to a competitor.

  2. Do you serve my town?

A list of the towns and ZIP codes you cover. It reassures the customer and tells Google where you work.

  3. Rough prices

Service call fees, tune-up prices, and a "from" price for replacements. Homeowners want a ballpark before they invite someone in.

  4. Financing for a new system

A new furnace or AC system is a big decision. If you offer financing through a lender, a clear page explaining it with a link to apply can be what tips the job your way.

  5. Quick fixes before the call

A short "check these first" list: thermostat batteries, the breaker, the filter. It builds trust, and the people who still need you call already convinced.

  6. Licensed, insured, maintenance plans

Your license number, insurance, the brands you service and your maintenance plan. Simple facts that separate you from a guy with a van.

One price. Paid once.

One-time prices, laid out for a heating and cooling company. No setup fees and no long contracts.

Good questions

Something else? Email umesh@orbik.ai and you'll hear back within a day.

Can customers request service or a quote online?

Yes, on Business and Premium. They pick the service, describe the problem and leave a phone number, and the request lands with you as a text or email.

Can you make pages for every town we serve?

Yes. Premium includes pages for each service and area, written so they're actually useful to someone in that town, not the same page copied with the name changed.

We change prices and promotions seasonally. Is that easy?

With the $49 a month care plan, text us the new tune-up price or seasonal offer and it's live, usually the same day.

Can you show our financing options?

Yes. We add a financing page that explains how it works and links to your lender's application. We don't set up the financing itself.

Will the site work on older phones and slow connections?

Yes. Pages are built light, without heavy plugins, so they load quickly even on a weak signal in a basement.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you get a full copy of the site if you ever leave.
