Straight answers, on time

What you get every time a Brightwater truck pulls into your driveway, whether it is a ten-minute fix or a new furnace.

  • Price before work

You approve a flat price in writing before anything is touched. No hourly meter running.

  • Same-day repairs

Call before noon on a weekday and we aim to be at your door that afternoon.

  • A real 24/7 line

Nights, weekends and holidays, the emergency line rings the technician on call.

  • Every make and model

Gas, oil and electric furnaces, boilers, central air, heat pumps and mini-splits.

  • Parts on the truck

Igniters, motors, capacitors and filters ride along, so most fixes take one visit.

  • A text on the way

You get your technician's name and a heads-up about 30 minutes before arrival.

  • Clean feet, clean floors

Shoe covers and drop cloths every visit. Old parts and boxes leave with us.

  • Free install quotes

A sit-down estimate for a new system with two or three options and no pressure.

  • Family-run since 1994

The Brennan family answers the office phone, Monday to Saturday.

Services and starting prices

Starting prices for a typical Lehigh Valley home. Your exact price is written down and agreed before any work begins.

Heating

4 services
  • Furnace repair from $149

No heat, short cycling, strange noises or a blower that will not stop. Igniters, flame sensors, motors and control boards.

Service call $89, waived when you go ahead with the repair.

  • Furnace tune-up $119

Burners, flame sensor, heat exchanger, flue, blower and filter cleaned and checked before the first cold night.

  • Heat pump repair from $149

Units blowing cold air, iced-over outdoor coils, defrost problems and reversing valves.

  • Boiler and radiator service from $169

Hot water and steam boilers, circulator pumps, bleeding radiators and zone valves.

Cooling

4 services
  • AC repair from $149

Warm air, a silent outdoor unit, water on the floor or a breaker that keeps tripping.

Service call $89, waived when you go ahead with the repair.

  • AC tune-up $119

Coils washed, refrigerant checked, drain line flushed and electrical parts tested before summer.

  • Mini-split repair from $149

Ductless systems that blink error codes, drip, or cool one room and not the next.

  • Refrigerant leak search from $249

We find the leak, fix it where it can be fixed, and tell you straight when it cannot.

New systems, installed

4 options
  • High-efficiency gas furnace from $4,200

Sized to your house with a heat-loss calculation, not a guess from the old unit's label.

  • Central air conditioner from $5,100

New outdoor unit, matched indoor coil, pad, line set and thermostat wiring.

  • Heat pump system from $7,800

Heating and cooling from one outdoor unit, rated for Pennsylvania winters.

  • Ductless mini-split, one room from $3,600

For attics, additions, sunrooms and older homes with no ductwork.

Install prices include taking away the old equipment, the permit and the start-up check. The free estimate is a sit-down visit, usually about an hour.

Air and extras

2 services
  • Smart thermostat installed from $189

Wired, set up on your phone and programmed with you before we leave.

  • Filter and humidifier service from $79

Questions we hear

Emergencies

Yes. The emergency line rings the technician on call, not an answering service. After-hours visits carry a $99 fee on top of the repair, which Comfort Plan members never pay.

Prices

We charge by the job from a set price book, not by the hour. The $89 service call covers the diagnosis, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You see the price in writing first.

Replace?

A rough rule: multiply the age of the unit by the repair price. Over about $5,000, replacing usually makes more sense. We will give you both numbers and let you choose.

Tune-ups

Once a year for each system: the furnace in the fall and the air conditioner in the spring. A heat pump does both jobs, so it gets two visits.

Brands

We repair every major make of furnace, boiler, air conditioner and heat pump. For new systems we will recommend equipment that fits your house and your budget, and explain why.

Before we come

Clear a path to the furnace and the outdoor unit, put pets in another room, and note when the problem started and any noises or smells. That is all.

Book a service

Tell us what is going on. During office hours, Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm, we call back within the hour to set a time.
